Here is a copy of the TOPS train list for my service today. Every loco hauled train is required to have a list like this that gives important information to the driver about speed weight and braking performance. The list also proves that the train has been run through the tops system and it is in good order to proceed. Tops will kick out A train that doesn’t have enough brake force or is to heavy for a route.
